Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders in the continental US. Orders with multiple items may come in separate packages due to size and weight. Pillows shipped via standard shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days.
Please double check your shipping information before placing your order. If you find that you've made a mistake, please let us know ASAP with the subject line: mistake on shipping address. Our processing time for some items can be within a few hours and may be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, once the item is shipped, it's out of our hands, and we're unable to cancel it nor are we able to reship or refund the item unless it's returned back to us.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to give you quality handmade pillows and heat wraps. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, contact us and we will work to fix it. We are happy to offer refunds on returned items that are complete and clean within 60 days of purchase.
Shipping charges for returned or exchanged orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. To return or exchange a pillow, send an email to Claire@comfycomfy.com with your order number and we will send you instructions for returning the pillow.
Please note (effective starting July 31st, 2023) that returns are limited to only 1 of the same item. We kindly ask that if you'd like to test our pillows out to please purchase one first, and then to purchase another if it is to your liking.
