Place flaxseed heat wrap in microwave. Heat flaxseed heat wrap one minute at a time, checking each minute to see how hot your heat wrap has become.
Not all microwaves are created equally. Some are more powerful than others, and this has to be taken into account when heating a flaxseed heat wrap the first few times.
If your microwave doesn’t have a rotating plate, make sure to shift the heat wrap around while it is heating up. Place heat wrap on your body to warm up or relax muscles and enjoy!
The flaxseed we use is 100% organically grown. Flaxseed oil is contained within the seed even when heated and cooled for many years. When flaxseeds are heated in the microwave they retain heat for much longer than other grains, like rice, that do not have such a high oil content.

Flaxseed should not get wet. Spot clean with warm soapy water.
If your heat wrap has a removable cover, the cover can be taken off and washed in the laundry machine. We wash our with our bed linens.
